When you install and use VitalSigns on your system, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You are not allowed to sell, redistribute or reverse engineer VitalSigns.

2. VitalSigns is provided ‘as is’, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

3. IN OTHER WORDS: Basically you can install and use VitalSigns freely, but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work as you expect. You can’t hold the author responsible for any damages that come to you, or to your Mac, by using VitalSigns. And you can’t profit from selling it.

Also, make sure that you have downloaded VitalSigns from the official website, since it’s the only way to ensure that the software has not been modified by third parties.

If you do NOT agree to this terms and conditions, do not install and do not use VitalSigns on your system.
